On every deal you will have the option of receiving a full refund for your purchase if: – You are within the 10 business day refund period. Refund period begins at date of invoice from Mohdoh Australia and continues for the next 10 business days. After that period, your right to request a refund has lapsed.
i. Exceptions: We recognize that there may be certain situations that are completely out of Mohdoh Australia’s control. For example, a business may have closed down and you have not yet been able to make a claim for a refund.
Our customers are our number one priority and if there is anything that happens that makes it impossible for you to register your request, we will gladly help you to get your money back. While we reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis, our customers will usually receive a refund.
